I'm Juliet Ball, founder of Placewise Property and a lifelong student of property, place, and purpose.

My connection to property began long before my professional career. Growing up, I helped maintain my family's residential and commercial property portfolio across New South Wales. Weekends were spent exploring regional towns and coastal communities, visiting open homes, understanding local markets, and discovering the stories that gave places their character.

Over the years, I've also experienced property from many perspectives - renting, purchasing, renovating, maintaining investment property, and making relocation decisions of my own.

These experiences have deepened my appreciation of the practical, emotional and lifestyle considerations that accompany major property and relocation decisions.

Property became more than an interest. It became a way of understanding how people build lives, communities, and a sense of belonging.

For more than 15 years, I have helped leaders, teams, and organisations navigate change, clarify priorities, and make complex decisions with confidence. With qualifications in psychology, philosophy, management, counselling and coaching, and experience facilitating teams and individuals to discover their own solutions, I have built my career helping people navigate uncertainty, clarify what matters most, and make confident decisions aligned with their values.

Over time, I realised the same principles that help organisations and leaders navigate major change also help individuals make better property decisions. Both involve uncertainty, competing priorities, emotion, risk, identity and long-term consequences.

That insight became the foundation for Placewise Property - a business built on the belief that great property decisions begin with understanding the people before the property.
